If you are experiencing increased anxiety, stress, or challenges in your relationships, I am here to support you. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified High School Counselor with twenty years of experience. I specialize in supporting older teens, adults, and parents as they work through personal challenges to enhance their quality of life. During my work as a High School Counselor, I became increasingly passionate about supporting teens and people who work in helping careers, such as education. When we access support for ourselves, we are stronger when helping others. I am here to help you feel more fulfilled in both your personal and professional life. What It's Like To Work With Me: I encourage you to let your guard down and just be yourself. My goal is to help you feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders as soon as possible. That happens when you feel safe to be genuine during sessions. Together, we will build upon your strengths, support your areas of need, and practice helpful techniques so you feel energized to enhance your quality of life. I provide in-person and virtual therapy to people who live in Pennsylvania.
